Grosse is an experienced operator and entrepreneur with a track record of building and scaling essential services businesses across multiple geographies. He built a portable services company from the ground up, growing it into a thriving regional operation before it was acquired by Lakeshore Recycling Systems (LRS), one of the nation’s largest independent waste, recycling, and environmental services providers. At LRS, Grosse rose to Executive Vice President of the Great Lakes Region, where he was responsible for operations, growth strategy, and P&L performance across multiple states and service lines.

Bob Popp Building Services was founded in 1975 and has operated continuously in the Denver metro area for 50 years. Nowak brings a background that spans investment banking, private equity, corporate development, and executive leadership in multi-site services businesses. Most recently, he served as an executive at Roadrunner Freight, a national transportation and logistics platform, where he contributed to financial operations across a complex, multi-location business. Prior to that, he led corporate development and strategy at RTM Engineering Consultants, an engineering services firm, and served as a Private Equity Associate at Silver Oak Services Partners, where he focused on investments in business and healthcare services companies. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Baird.
