INDIANAPOLIS — S&K Building Services, a national commercial exterior maintenance platform backed by RF Investment Partners, today announced the acquisition of A-1 Window Washers, a professional window cleaning and pressure washing company based in Slidell, Louisiana, serving the Mandeville, Covington, and greater Gulf Coast region.

Founded in 1998, A-1 Window Washers has built a strong reputation across Louisiana’s Gulf Coast for residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including window washing, pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, and drone-based commercial washing. The acquisition establishes S&K’s first operational presence in the Gulf South, a strategically important region with significant commercial property density and year-round demand for exterior maintenance services.

A-1’s drone washing capabilities are a notable addition to S&K’s service portfolio. Drone-based exterior cleaning allows technicians to safely and efficiently service hard-to-reach commercial surfaces, reducing the need for traditional scaffolding and suspended access in certain applications. The technology complements S&K’s existing capabilities in rope descent, swing stage, and water-fed pole operations.

The acquisition expands S&K’s national footprint and continues the company’s strategy of partnering with well-established regional operators who share S&K’s commitment to quality, safety, and customer service.
